Catherine, the Princess of Wales by Robert Jobson

Catherine, the Princess of Wales by Robert Jobson is a wonderful biography. I enjoyed this book so much. I liked how the author dealt with the negative things and his commitment to be as unbiased as possible, when it is obvious that he has a positive view of Catherine.

Catherine, the Princess of Wales by Robert Jobson

The biography was written by a Royal correspondent, Robert Jobson, who due to the nature of his work has extensive connections within the royal household. This biography covers Catherine’s life since she was a child, her time at university, how she dealt after William broke up with her. There were things in the biography that I was not aware of, especially before the wedding. It was very interesting to read.

I also found fascinating the details about the family dynamics between King Charles and his two sons. Catherine’s role was not an easy one, as family relations are usually complicated, without them being talked about by millions of people around the world. I recommend the book without any doubt. It is a fast read and really enjoyable too.

  • I don’t read a lot of celebrity biographies, but this one sounds good to me. My digital library has it in both ebook and audio form, so I’ve tagged it for future reference.

    • I don’t think of Catherine as a celebrity, as she will be Queen one day and she will represent the country. I hope you like it, if you read it.
